Come serve alongside us and see what missionary life is like. Your time with our team will include activities such as camp counselor for a Missionary Kid summer camp, teaching English in a Guatemalan school, making door-to-door evangelism visits, hosting an afternoon sports camp, sharing scripture, testimonies, and songs in a wide variety of church services, encouraging local pastors and believers, prayer walking, and studying Spanish. You will have a wonderful opportunity to pour into both English and Spanish speakers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: If you love coffee, Guatemala is a great place to be! Coffee is grown here and Antigua is full of great coffee shops and cafes. Antigua is also known for its cobblestone streets, elaborate cathedrals, beautiful ruins, and magnificent views of distant volcanoes. It’s a tourist town, so most everyone who visits Guatemala will pass through Antigua. The weather is like spring year round. Expect highs in the mid-70’s and lows in the upper 50’s. It will be rainy season while you are here.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS: You need to be in good physical shape for extensive walking each day on uneven cobblestone streets as well as inclined roads and stairs. We have poor air quality and cannot accommodate restrictive diets.
